Making the most of just 2 days travel this tour is the perfect way to see the west coast of New Zealand. Starting in Queenstown you will travel north with a small group tour, visiting key photograph stops and learning about the natural and cultural history of the region, along the way. Once in Fox Glacier you'll be dropped at your accommodation before exploring the sleepy town at the foot of the glacier. The second day sees you head further north to Greymouth a location that gained its name from hunting jade (precious greenstone) and the start of the TranzAlpine Scenic Train. Once on the train it's time to relax as you weave your way to Christchurch through mountain gorges and rugged landscapes. Be sure to take a walk to the open carriages and enjoy the wind in your hair.
